SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship orders out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). In general, please add 1-2 days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on an item, please contact us with your questions.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder to see if it was accidentally sent there.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Returned items must be returned in undamaged and original packaging

Canceled orders will be refunded with the exception of any processing charges that may have been incurred, (please see store policy).
